Here at Playground Learning Centres, we combine high quality learning experiences with a safe, warm and secure environment where all children and families are welcomed. We aim to be the best Childcare provider in Australia, and are constantly evaluating our practices to ensure the highest quality care for you and your children
- Provide an environment where children feel safe and secure at all times.

In relation to Families we aim to:
- Provide quality child care that is accessible, affordable and meets individual needs.
- Promote an open door policy where families are encouraged to come and spend time with us at the Centre whenever they can.
- Respect the rights, values and opinions of parents and the community, and encourage their contributions and feedback into our service.
- Incorporate aspects of family life into our Centre to promote continuity between home and school life.
- Offer support and advice and act as a referral service when required.
- Encourage family participation and feedback in the centre’s program and policies.
In relation to staff we aim to:
- Foster a team approach where all staff are valuable and contributing team members.
- Provide clear roles and responsibilities to ensure continuity of care.
- Employ highly trained staff to provide challenging and developmentally appropriate programs to foster your child’s development.
- Employ caring staff who show genuine love and concern for all children in their care.
- Recognise the diversity and experience of each staff member.
- Provide access to resources and establish links with support services in the community.
- Value and reward our employees for their hard work, in order to retain great staff and promote continuity of care for the children.
- Encourage input into decision making and policy development.
In relation to the community we aim to:
- Create an environmentally sensitive service by preserving the natural environment and educating children on environmental practices.
- Provide a service that meets the needs of the wider community.
- Foster a positive relationship between the centre, home and community at large.
- Establish links and make use of resources within the wider community.
- Foster an environment that promotes inclusion and celebrates differences.
- Value and respect the cultural and social diversity of our society.
In relation to Management we aim to:
- Provide and maintain resources and facilities which are adequate and appropriate in meeting the needs of children, families and staff.
- Make links with industry organisations to ensure centre policies and practices reflect current standards.
